First, the obligatory image from the PBF archive:

So, I’ve completed another year of life. I’m happy that I’m still alive. I always said I wanted to be 25, and now I’ve been there and done that, and it was pretty good overall. I didn’t lose the weight I wanted to, but well, that’s what this year will be for hopefully. I’m encouraging all family and friends and whatnot to give me money over any sort of gift, as I’m striving to get an iPod. A few people who read this blog have actually used my donation link to send me money, which is just an awesome, awesome thing.
I have to say, if there’s one thing that really made my last year of life great, it’s the wonderful friendships I have that have developed online, through awesome communities like the THorum or the people on my LiveJournal friends list. I feel really blessed to have such great friends. Thank you guys so much, for being there and reading my rants or amusements or boring descriptions of my day. It means a lot to me to know that so many people (okay, a few people) really care about me enough to bother with reading what I write. It means a lot. Thank you so much.
As for birthday celebrations, we actually had one last night. My sister-in-law made an awesome lasagna (one of my favorite foods, if not the favorite), and some cake. It was a great dinner. I hadn’t had lasagna in quite a long time. For today, we met my mom and stepdad today for lunch for my birthday at this great little Chinese place called Jade. They have such great food and it’s only like $4.95 for most lunch items, which is extra awesome. Tonight we’ll probably eat at Chilacas, which is fast food technically, but it’s not something we eat often and it’s just so tasty.
I feel bad that the above paragraph is so centered on food, but, well, it’s all such good food.
25 was a great age. I’m looking forward to 26 and the changes that it will bring.
You’re the man now dog!
Happy B-day, B-guy!
Birthdays are all about food intake, so it’s fine that you focused on that.
